LIFT Hubs are cooperatives owned and operated by farmers. Structures strategically placed in the middle of a conglomerate of small farmers properties/regions.
The hub is divided by:
Commercial kitchen: where cooking classes can be taught, recipes can be developed, and small farmers can cook their food products.
Canning/processing: where cooked products will become shelf stable
Shipping/packaging: where products are ready to be shipped, classes in business can be done here
